    Mark Eller has worked in the outdoor industry for more than two decades. He began as a print magazine editor, working for titles like Rock and Ice and Ski Racing, before focusing on marketing and communications work in the non-profit sector with the International Mountain Bicycling Association and Leave No Trace.

    Miles has 20+ years of experience in the marketing and creative space, with the last 5 years in creative leadership, including a role as Vice President of Creative for a prestigious digital marketing agency working with national and global brands like Meta and AARP. 

  • Neil Large

    ARIZONA STATE PARKS

    With an extensive marketing background, Neil currently serves as the Program Administrator of Arizona State Park’s newly formed Office of Outdoor Recreation.

  • Bekah Price

    RIVER MANAGEMENT SOCIETY

    Before joining River Management Society, Bekah established a public relations program for a school district, honed her storytelling skills as a newspaper reporter, and worked as a rafting guide. A passionate leader and organizer, Bekah is honored to have led and served teams on the river, as a jiu-jitsu instructor, in civic clubs and community events, and as a Master Gardener.

  • Philip Darden

    SOUTHERN OFF-ROAD BICYCLE ASSOCIATION

    Philip is the Executive Director of SORBA based in Knoxville, TN, and heads up the day to day operations of our organization. Growing up in the Metro Atlanta area, Philip began mountain biking on SORBA trails as a teenager in the 90’s on his fully rigid 26er. He has been a member of SORBA since 2011 where he helped to form a chapter in Alabama as the founding Vice President, later serving as President for six years.

    OUTFITTER MARKETING PROS

    Paul Wingfield is the founder of Outfitter Marketing Pros, a leading digital marketing agency dedicated exclusively to serving outfitters and tour operators. With 17 years of experience in the outdoor industry, Paul has worn many hats, from guide to owner, giving him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by outdoor businesses.

  • Pouria Montazeri

    BOULDER COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE

    Pouria Montazeri, an award-winning director and cinematographer, is a valued member of the Education & Outreach department at Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS). Through his recent efforts, including the creation of engaging public-facing videos, Pouria has aimed to humanize the incredible staff, seasonal workers, and volunteers of BCPOS. His work not only highlights their dedication but also serves to educate, inform, and inspire the public, fostering a deeper connection with the community.

    Jess is a passionate advocate for small businesses with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. With a rich background in storytelling through both marketing and theatre, Jess has a unique ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. By integrating storytelling into her approach, Jess shares her knowledge and practical advice in a way that is both relatable and impactful.

  • Sean Kneale

    HOLLYWOOD RACKS

    Sean Kneale took his hobby (bicycles) and made it his career.  Over the last 25+ years he has done most everything in the bicycle world – worked retail, ran his own sales agency representing some of the top brands over the years, operated his own accessory brand as well as be the National and Global Sales Manager for multiple companies.  Let’s say that he’s seen and done it all and has a keen understanding of the bicycle and outdoor space.  Currently Sean is the Wholesale Sales Manager at Hollywood Racks, handling all the retailers and sales reps in the US and Canada.

  • Rachel Franchina

    SOCIETY OF OUTDOOR RECREATION PROFESSIONALS

    Rachel Franchina spent 20 years working for the U.S. Forest Service as an outdoor recreation planner and program manager. She also served on the board of the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals (SORP) for nine years and now serves as SORP’s Executive Director. Rachel is also the owner of Ruby Mountain Consulting where she works with agencies, non-profits, and collaborative groups to find common ground for enjoying the outdoors.

    Sean wears many hats in the world of creativity, digital media, entrepreneurship, and education. As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Trail Builder Magazine, Sean is deeply immersed in the world of mountain biking, championing trails, and connecting with outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers. He has a passion for storytelling, which extends beyond the trails—he’s also a freelance photographer and writer.

  • Chris Buck

    FIVE RIVERS METRO PARKS

    Chris is a passionate advocate for outdoor recreation in the Miami Valley region. As the Business Development Manager for Bike Miami Valley, he played a key role in promoting cycling and pedestrian-friendly initiatives. Chris's dedication to outdoor recreation is further evident through his involvement with Five Rivers MetroParks. He has actively collaborated with the organization to develop programs and events that encourage residents to explore and enjoy the region's natural resources.
